What Is Zumba®?
Zumba is a fun, energetic, Latin-inspired dance fitness program. For me, Zumba has invigorated my life and ramped up my personal fitness. I want to share Zumba with the world—or at least the Eastern Shore of Maryland for now!
Zumba incorporates different styles of Latin dance, including salsa, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton, bachata, flamenco, tango, belly dance, and more! By integrating an interval workout with fast and slow dance moves, Zumba helps to ramp up the cardio, and to shed pounds!
